Today, under the leadership of Ben Beck, that legacy continues with a hands-on approach and a focus on the future of farming. Ben grew up on a farm in southern Idaho, where he developed a knack for solving problems and improving equipment. After learning to weld as a teenager, he built his first piece of equipment for FFA—and won a state award. That passion never stopped.

Over the years, Ben has built everything from horse trailers and sugar beet harvesters to truck beds and even a snow plow for a train. His latest invention, the Benz-Way Irrigation Wheel, was inspired by long days in the field and designed to make farmers’ lives easier.
